Hi
Next year is the 200 mark for the pit disaster that killed 92 boy/men, there is an event planned to mark it but we are trying to find any relatives who had fathers/grandparents etc connected with John Pit till it closed in the 1930. 

Would it be possible to place a message on your site to see if there is anyone with stories, or who would like to be there next year.
