Allowed him to stay on surface for the week doing other odd jobs as well such as tackle maintenance, printing, checking plans and filing in drawers etc. due to his back hurting, sooner than him dropping off work. He was o.k. after the rest and grateful for it. Amended Installation of Electricity plan for 12s.
